FoxiPrint Design Services – Terms & Conditions

Overview
FoxiPrint design services are built to create strong, print-ready branding that performs in real-world applications — including signage, vehicles, apparel, and marketing materials. Our process combines design expertise with production knowledge to ensure everything not only looks right, but works properly when produced.

Design Process
All design services are conducted via email to maintain clear communication, accurate records, and efficient project progression.

Projects follow a structured workflow:

• Discovery + design direction (based on your input and references)

• Initial concept development

• Revision rounds (as outlined in your package)

• Finalization and production setup

Clear direction and reference examples from the client will significantly improve results and reduce unnecessary revisions.

Project Scope
Each design package includes a defined number of design hours and revision rounds, as outlined in your invoice.

• Additional revisions, design time, or consultation beyond the included scope will be billed separately and approved prior to proceeding.

• Design services are structured to move efficiently toward a strong final result.

Turnaround Time

• Initial concepts: typically 3–7 business days depending on scope

• Revisions: typically 1–2 business days per round

Timelines may vary based on project complexity and response time.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear direction, references, and content

• Reviewing all proofs carefully (including spelling, details, and layout)

Once final approval is given, FoxiPrint is not responsible for errors or omissions.

Design Fees & Refunds

• All design service fees are non-refundable once initial concepts have begun

• Payment confirms agreement to these terms and initiates the design process

Printing & File Usage (Important)
FoxiPrint design services are created with the intention of producing high-quality printed products through FoxiPrint.

What’s included:

• Final print-ready files prepared for production through FoxiPrint

• Ongoing support for print applications (decals, signage, apparel, etc.)

What is NOT included by default:

• Release of editable source files (AI, EPS, working files)

• Transfer of full copyright or unrestricted reproduction rights

Design Release & File Ownership
Clients are purchasing design services, not the unrestricted rights to reproduce, edit, or distribute the design independently.

If a client chooses to print elsewhere or requires editable/source files:

• A Design Release Fee will apply

• This fee grants limited rights to use the finalized design outside of FoxiPrint

• Editable files (AI, EPS, etc.) and full print independence are only provided upon payment of this fee

FoxiPrint retains the right to the original working files and design structure unless a full buyout is negotiated.

Why This Matters
Our designs are built specifically for performance in print — including sizing, materials, durability, and application. Releasing files without production control often results in poor output, which reflects on the brand.

This policy ensures quality, consistency, and long-term brand integrity.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all FoxiPrint Design Service terms and conditions.
